Note:

  • The "[Indexed for MEDLINE]" note (underlined in figure) appears below the abstract and PMID number .  
  • A, usually collapsed, area of the record contains any "Publication type" labels, the MeSH terms, and any "Substance" terms (see arrows in figure).
